adesso orange Kft. represents the SAP division of adesso Group in Hungary, which specialises in the implementation, operation and development of SAP systems and the related consulting tasks. Our developers and consultants are primarily active in the areas of SAP ERP and S/4 HANA, but business and IT consulting as well as custom software development and industry-specific solutions are also part of our services.

Our services
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting our clients in the implementation and maintenance of SAP software solutions
- Participation in SAP consulting and/or development
- Integration and realization of SAP solutions, as well as the creation of development strategies and concepts
- Proactive involvement in projects
- Active communication with our foreign and domestic clients
- Coordination and management responsibilities, including professional responsibility for the success of the team
- Monthly reporting and performing other administrative tasks related to the team
- Mentoring colleagues
- Taking responsibility for further knowledge building within the team (not limited to the mentoring period)
What we are looking for
What you bring to the new position
- Higher education degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position (team leader, department manager, etc.)
- Proficiency in business processes
- Fluent English and/or German language skills
- Willingness to travel
- Leadership competencies
- Responsible behavior
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site 3-4 days per week
Nice to have
